An Hour at Chicago's Millennium Park

Here's a sweet slice-of-life video I edited after shooting candid footage at Chicago's Millennium Park earlier this month for an hour or so. I happened to be downtown and had my 4K Lumix GH-4 camera with me and decided to take some video around the famous "Bean" and the ice rink. I just got around to editing it over the last couple of days and came across a wonderful song to pair it with: "I Dream of Chicago" by an indie band originally from DesMoines called Parlours. I hope you enjoy it.

And by the way, if you haven't given "wogging" a try yet, now's the time to do so. Wogging is a hybrid of jogging & walking that's easy on your joints yet gives you a nice workout. I use the same stride and motion that I do for jogging, but instead of jumping up and down with each step, I go slower and make it more like a cross-country skiing motion where you're almost gliding. You can customize how you do it for yourself, but it's fun to get out without doing damage to your knees, hips and back.

And as always, if you have a video project or marketing communications initiative, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks!
