Halloween Casket Races, Forest Park, IL 2023

The Village of Forest Park, IL, holds a fun, annual event called the Casket Races in which local teams dress up in themed costumes to race their homemade "caskets" for one block. At least a few thousand people turn out for this festive event as a great way to get kids and families out to enjoy Halloween. I shot this video for the Forest Park Chamber, sponsors of the race, and hopefully it gives you a good idea of what went on that Saturday morning, Oct. 21, 2023.
